Lauren Aquilina's unique vocal stylings resurface in her latest EP Sinners

The distinct voice of Singer/Songwriter/Musician Lauren Aquilina continues to entertain us with her latest EP Sinners and her talents just go from strength to strength. Here is a review of Lauren's latest musical offerings.

Sinners features a haunting instrumental melody with some powerful lyrics and the percussion adds a feeling of gravitas.

Talk to me opens with the tinkling of the Ivories and a crescendoing arrangement complimented by Miss Aquilina's powerful and unique vocals.

Ugly Truth, which is my favourite song and it starts with a sweet melody and is a more upbeat sounding tune then the previous tracks on the EP.

Irrelevant is a more somber sounding song and features moving lyrics.

Introducing Ellie Lawson

Ellie Lawson is a soulful folk-pop artist.

Here is Ellie Lawson's latest EP titled Insights

Back on Track is light hearted and easy to listen to and Ellie's vocal talents are a delight on the ear.

Try is more of a upbeat song.

I Know has a similar musical feel to Try and is probably my fave song on the Insights EP.

Why is a cool song with a nice rhythmic beat and some great lyrics.

Learn is a cheery and mood lifting song.

All in all Ellie Lawson can do no wrong with her Insights EP.

Presenting the smooth voiced Aylin Eser

Quoting from the biography on their official website -

Aylin Eser is a brand new indie band from Melbourne, Australia.

The band consists of Aylin Eser, a smooth voiced vocalist and Will Larsen, who is an award winning producer, film composter and multi instrumentalist.

Here is the Aylin Eser's latest EP titled Arrows Of Desire -

Dancing Shoes is a nice upbeat and positive song with some cool instrumental arrangement.

The vocal parts of Arrows of Desire are slightly overshadowed by the instrumental tracks.

Dolls and Trolls is another upbeat song and its instrumental arrangement is slightly similar to Laura by The Scissor Sisters.

The lyrics of One More Chance are more emotional than the other songs in the EP.

With the exception of Arrows Of Desire, this is a great EP.

Introducing Max Milner

All Our Lives is a nice soulful song, Max's vocal talent and Guitar skills should appeal to fans of Ed Sheeran as musically it is of a similar feel.

Here is his latest EP -

All songs featured on his EP are Easy Listening and are ideal if you want to put your feet up and simply relax.

Track 2 - Sex Sheets is probably my least fave song from the EP as it has a slightly different feel to the other songs.
